The experience at this location was amazing. I had heard great things about Redlands location however, Highland was a lot closer. As soon as I got there from customer service to the quality of work has just been amazing. Vivian is so helpful and so nice and Dresy was amazing and always touched base when needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Being a State Official, I interact with other Government Officials, Business Owners, and the public daily. Mike C. runs Gerber of San Bernardino like I would run my business or agency. He and Julian were always polite and courteous as were the ladies at the front counter. Great experience from start to finish! Kristen was super helpful and explained everything to me. They sent me frequent texts to keep me updated about the progress with my car repairs. And when I went to pick up my car they explained what they had done and told me I had a lifetime warranty on the repairs! I was very pleased. It looked like a new car. They even washed it! Everything was hassle free! Best customer service ever! Thanks Gerber Collision Center. ????

The staff at Gerbercollision as so very cordial I know this survey is for Ryan but I had to mention my interaction with everyone. Now Ryan I want you to know he is very down to earth but detailed oriented. Ryan kept me in the loop every step my van went through. Thank you Ryan for being 1. Pro GerberCollision 2. Pro Employee 3. Estimate quick. Processing easy. Coordination with State Farm good (even helped me arrange for a different rental agency when the scheduled company didn't have available car). Finished product like new. Repaired side-swipe damage to left rear. My second time dealing with them..

The staff at Gerber in Newhall is fantastic. Tina, Hannah, Eduardo, and their crew went above and beyond to repair my car that was damaged in a local carwash. They were professional and supportive during the entire repair. They kept in touch with me on the progress of my car each day. I was stuck in Arizona during Christmas due to the Southwest problem, and they assured me it was no problem for me to pick up my car once I was able to return. There were a couple other problems with my car, and they took care of that immediately. If you want reliable, supportive, quality, and friendly service, this is the Gerber Collision and Glass shop you can count on for help. COMMUNICATION: I did have to reach out to the company about a week to 10 days after dropping my car off to get a status update. This did not impair my ability to get through my day to day but it would have been nice to hear from the company with a timely status update. After reaching out I started receiving text messages with where my vehicle was in the repair process which was nice. QUALITY OF WORK: Overall the vehicle looks pretty good. As discussed when I was dropping off the vehicle, the repaired bumpers are slightly off in color from the original paint but I expected this since I was briefed on it when I dropped it off.
