Gerber Collision is an A+ facility for collision work. they took care of my Honda Ridgeline fire damage and coordinated all of the reapirs with Lia Honda. Their communications was excellent, i was always informed of the work progress. the repairs were actually completed a few days early. would definitely go to them again and recommend them

From start to finish, service was fantastic! The weekly text messages on progression of the work being done on my vehicle was a great feature. Loved that I was in formed instead of having to call, it let the Gerber team do what they needed to do and not worry about answering my phone calls. Saved my time and theirs. The staff at Gerber Collision were very knowledgeable, personable and patient. From the start, the inspection of the damage, handling the insurance claim and loaner car, keeping you updated and informed of the progress to picking up my vehicle they were flawless. I was extremely happy with the finished repair, they went above and beyond. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my vehicle and it was completely cleaned on the inside as well. I am horrible with names but I believe her name is Stephanie (blonde girl) at the counter, she is definitely an asset to Gerber Collision.

A great review for Mike, Brendan and Jill (customer service) and the people who worked, put together, repainted and detailed my PT Cruiser. A little rough patch, waiting for parts and last minute phone calls. The outcome.... beautiful!!! Shiny and new. Keep this in mind, all when people are not yet wanting to return to work. God Bless them! Please add this to their personnel files.
