Jeff B. the Manager in Boulder Assisted me with several scratches on the rear bumper of my daughtre-in-law's brand new BMW X3. He suggested that he would touch it up for free as I was a repeat customer. He repaired the scratches is several hours an I was on my way. He is a great guy and I will definitely send friends and relatives to his shop.

Yes, I recommend Gerber Collision & Glass for their high-quality work guided by Jeff B., General Manager. He earned my trust in his expertise when he assessed the parking lot dings, scrapes, scratches as minor paint issues that could be made invisible by using a touch-up paint pen from the Ford Dealer nearby. I was relieved a $30 solution existed because other body shops identified an $800-$1,200 solution to remove plastic rear bumper from 2009 Lincoln MKZ, sand and paint it back to a new shine. Jeff offered to assist in applying the paint pen. When I returned two weeks later with the touch-up pen, Jeff volunteered to do the touch up work himself. Results were astonishingly wonderful: A lovely pearl white rear bumper with the dings and scrapes near invisible. Oh my gosh! Jeff and his crew were so communicative, so prompt and so courteous. I hope I never have to have my car repaired again, but if I do, I'm heading right over there. I had special concerns about my car and its return, because of the pandemic. They were super responsive and sensitive, and the car looks great. Thank you SO MUCH!!!!

Truly appreciate the genuine honesty and integrity of Jeff at Gerber Collision in Boulder. He has been extremely helpful and gracious with his time to explain the entire process and ensure I am receiving the all the benefits entitled to me through handling of the insurance claim. Hi, On my post-repair survey I gave a 5/10 on the repair of my vehicle, I'd like to change the grade to a 10/10 but there is no way to do that now that I've submitted the survey. The grade was because I noticed new damage on rear-vehicle bumper (not the bumper that was repaired) and I was concerned it had happened in the parking lot of Gerber. Since I am not 100% this is where the damage happened and I am very pleased with the service I received at Gerber on the front bumper and I wanted to go on the record to change that rating. I would not want it to effect the performance reviews of your lovely employees.

This month was my second experience with Boulder's Gerber Collision/Glass and, while I was impressed with this organization's first encounter three years ago, the second one earlier this month was even better. I'm aware that there are countless companies who do the same type of work and that each has policies regarding estimates, interaction with insurance companies, and customers. At Boulder's Gerber, however, the genuine attentiveness and desire to please the customer is obviously their number one priority. Plus, the quality of their workmanship is extraordinary. I would like to thank and cite Mikala, the receptionist, and Luiis, an estimator, for their friendly and efficient work.

I was rear-ended my car only 4 months after I bought the car, and I was so upset. I went to Gerber because the insurance company recommended them. My first visit, I was very impressed with Jeff. When I took it in for the repairs, Jeff again spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. I picked it up yesterday, and they did a beautiful job. It's looks better than when I bought it new.
