I cannot say enough good things about this company that I didn't know existed before the accident. Gerber Collision & Glass company is the best!!! I will recommend this company to everyone near and far. They kept me posted every week on the progress that had been done and with a follow-up. If I had questions, Ms. Shelly at the front desk was always so courteous, helpful, never too busy to answer my questions. She always made sure that I got the answers to the questions that I may needed. She is truly a great fit for the company. I was not familiar with Gerber Collision when I dropped my car off to them. But now, "OMG!" They went above and beyond my expectations. They texted me weekly on the progress, and actually finished before the scheduled time, which meant I didn't need my rental car as long. They even cleaned my car ... inside and out even though they did the work that I needed. My car was beautiful inside and out. Literally looked like a new car! I loved their service! These guys are all over it! From the front desk (Aggie I believe) to the float tech, and everyone in between, there wasn't one person that was rude, unknowledgeable, or treated me stupid because I'm a woman.
