The last time we had repairs done somewhere else...it took several days while they waited on parts before they started work. It took several days more to get the work done. Dave the general manager at Gerber Collision & Glass took good care of me. He repaired the side bumper on my car and fixed my headlight. His work was very efficient, professional, and timely. What stood out the most about Dave was that he was kind, friendly, and showed great integrity and passion about his work! Had some minor damage on my right fender & I stopped in to have an estimate taken. I was asked if I made an appointment. I didn't. I could have been given an appointment date & told to return at that time. That didn't happen here. Instead the lady who warmly greeted me (don't recall her name) went to the GM Jon F. office to see if f he could assist. He was more than willing to take the time from what he was doing to take a look at the damage, provide me an estimate. The price fit my budget and he ordered the part. The part arrived on Wednesday 10/4/17 & I dropped off my car the same day. Dave (didn't catch his last name) greeted me & processed the car in.
