He provided me with frequent status updates and finished my project with a thorough walk thru of the completed repairs. You are never happy about having your car repaired, but I was very happy that I chose Gerber Collision. The staff greeted me warmly (Sarah), and Jeff K. was my estimator. Detailed picture were taken (and provided) outlining the extend of the damage. I was then well informed of the process to repair, and was updated accordingly as to the progress of my vehicle repair. Although my car was eventually deemed to be a total lossle and not repaired, my experience with Jeff K. and the folks at the Anthem location was great. All of the employees were friendly, informative and professional. I have had work done here in the past and would recommend them.

I worked with Leah W. getting an estimate and having the damage to my Raptor repaired. My experience started off on a sour note because of the insurance company for the person that hit me. Thanks to the interaction Leah had with Assurance America, things quieted down and seemed to go smoothly. Hopefully I'm finished with them. I got my truck back yesterday, and I was extremely pleased at the outcome. The side panel and the tailgate looked good. The gaps were as they were when new. The paint matches and seems flawless. So far I don't see any orange peel. All in all, Gerber did a great repair job, and I was fortunate to have Leah as my estimator and go to person for my questions and concerns.
