I came into the Anthem shop and spoke to Joseph L.. Basically I wanted someone to look at a scratch on my vehicle. I was expecting an estimate and to set up an appointment for later. This was not a schedule appointment. Joseph said wait here, took the car back, buffed it out and brought it back in a few minutes. He didn't charge me. I have had other work done at this facility but this goes beyond the normal in todays business climate. Thanks to Gerber and Joseph L.. Great group of people.

Please be advised that when I walked into my garage on the morning of Tuesday 8/30/2016 I was shocked to find that my right front bumper was separating from the fender! At that moment I didn't know what to do? Should I take to the dealer in Scottsdale? Then decided that there must be a body shop here in Anthem and I am happy to report that the service I received from your company and Joseph Lundy was above and beyond all my expectations. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes! Believe me I will be singing his and your praises to everyone I know!

I dropped my car off on a Tuesday to get a new bumper put on and the paint matched and it was completed and ready for pick up the next day. Everyone did a great job. They people went out of there way to take my car to a car wash as well as cleaning my interior. You don't run into people like theses guys everyday. Outstanding job and great work!

Everyone who worked here was extremely caring and kind! I was scheduled to pick up my car at 4:00 pm but could not make that time because I had to work in Phoenix. I called to let them know and they were very understanding! I was running so late from rush hour traffic I ended up being 15 minutes late past their closing time. They are so nice they stayed open until I got there, walked me out to my car and told me everything they did to my car! I was so happy to see my car looked BRAND new and they even detailed the inside! They took such good care of me and my car. They even texted me updated to let me know when my car would be ready! I love this place and I will come back whenever need be! Thanks a lot guys! You're all rock stars!

Gerber Collision had the privilege of repairing my beautiful car not once but twice within about a 6-8 week period after 2 different people hit my parked car.
