I was very pleased with the overall customer service, and the employee I was working with (Andy) was very kind and knowledgeable with me. He also displayed patience as well, because I really needed my car and I kept calling to ask questions about it. I really appreciated him and his customer service. When I received my car, it was as promised, and it was even cleaned! Which I was not expecting inside and out and they did a FANTASTIC job. I am very happy with this business and the employees

I (unfortunately) had to be serviced by them twice in a span of a few short months because of 2 accidents back to back. It was frustrating but I wasn't even worried when the 2nd accident happened because I knew exactly who would be helping me. Gerber employees are beyond helpful. They are so nice, they seem to really enjoy their jobs and strive to make their customers happy. I will always recommend them! Hopefully I don't need to use them again, but if I need to, I won't hesitate to choose them.

Gerber repaired a long scratch in the side of my Ford F-150. When the job was complete, you couldn't tell it was ever there. I was very impressed and thankful they were able to make the vehicle look as good as new. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent repair facility,
