Sherri A. at the Johnston Street, Lafayette LA location was amazing to work with. She showed such compassion when she learned of my husband's accident. After the accident, I was dealing with the tow yard and claims adjuster while at the hospital with my husband. After days of not making headway to get his truck to Gerber, it was so refreshing to meet the beautiful young lady I had been speaking to on the phone when I called almost daily to see if the truck had arrived. Her first question always was, "how is your husband?" I don't typically submit reviews but I felt I had to let you know what type of person you have greeting customers on the phone and at the front door.
