Took 62 days ran into problems finding parts do to type car. I did get frustrated when Josh did not call me when he said but I was able to reach him often. When all was done my car looks brand new Josh made sure all was right my car cleaned inside an out including the trunk. They made sure i was satisfied made sure all programming was ok an extra. And Josh said if I need anything call him. He had me let him know my garage door remote was still programmed and checking in a few days to see how the car runs. I cannot be more satisfied. I'm 79 a women and was not in anyway treated as second class professional staff made sure I could get answers to my questions. All said a done I pray I don't need them but I recommend and would only use them in the future. Josh made sure and the manager that I was taken care of beyond the norm .

I have had the misfortune of using Gerber Collision FOUR times in the last few years. I promise you none of the incidents were my fault - one involved something being dropped off the Brooklyn Bridge (true story) - and I just kept going back to them for my service. I am from another generation where people cared about others and always tried to do the right thing. Sadly, that seems to be lacking in today's society. But the people at Gerber Collision are amazing! From Dewayne to LaShonda to Kayla - they kept me up to date on the repairs, they even had Eric drive me home after dropping off my vehicle so I wouldn't have to hire an Uber! When I picked up the vehicle, it was spic and span! Inside and out. They even painted the inside of my gas cap! AND, when a defective part was discovered, they honored their warranty - and they wll do so as ... long as I own this vehicle. If you have nicks, scrapes, or dents and have made a New Year's resolution to get your car back in tip top shape - be sure to contact these people. You will NOT be sorry! I just can't say enough good things about Gerber Collision. But I do hope I won't need them again anytime soon! read more

This is a great shop, have one closer but, choose this one from previous experience with outstanding work. LaShonda has great Customer Service, and is an exceptional individual with care. LaShonda kept me updated on the progress of repairs, and also retuned my vehicle back earlier due to her Tenacity. Wayne had great customer service and ensured I was happy before I left. Not only are they wonderful with auto repairs, they are good Samaritans! I ran out of gas in their driveway and Dwayne and Zack took care of me! Got me to a gas station and helped me get gas in the tank to start the car. They are good people - They'll take care of you and your vehicle

Dwayne. Was. Amazing. I have a 2014 Honda Civic that had the phone charger cord stuck under my passenger seat and the two brackets on the left bumper had come undone. I told him about my issues and he took my car back in no more than 10 minutes and fixed both. He was kind, knowledgable, and incredibly helpful to my stressful day.

Professionalism, Customer Services and Value I would like to thank the professional Dwayne we spoke with over the process of working on my son's car. We had to have it shipped from Wilmington to Jacksonville to get it fixed. My son, doesn't always understand everything, and they worked with me on getting everything set up and kept me abreast of everything going on, to not stress him. Dwyane was able to answer pre, interim and even post questions once it was delivered back to Wilmington and was able to get everything set to rights.. I will not hesitate to use them again! What a wonder experience for us!
