Great experience with the River Falls Gerber Auto Body. They kept us up to date on the expected completion date of our vehicle as it was being repaired. All body panels were square- no tweaks or ripples. There were no signs of the paint being blended in- perfect match! Everything down to the detailing was amazing. The interior of the car looked like it did the day I bought it. Very happy with the River Falls crew!

Great service and customer care. They it very easy to get my car in for collision repair estimate. They worked with my insurance to determine what deductible we owed and then took care of the rest. Very easy. The representative, Sky, was very responsive and kept us informed on the process.

Outstanding end-to-end service! I was able to get the appointment for the estimate literally the next day I reported the claim with Allstate, even though they were super busy. Brian (the technician who assisted me) showed great attention to detail; he answered all my questions, explaining what was going to be done and why, as well as the options. He then explained the (detailed) documentation to me, as I received it. While the car was being serviced, I received text updates TWICE a week, giving me an estimate for completion timeframe. In the end, the car was done one day earlier! And was spotless I may add: they even cleaned the interior mats. In short: this is textbook excellent customer service. Many thanks!

You did a phenomenal job with my car thank you very much. However a few days after I got the car back we had torrential downpour due to storms and their appears to be some bubbling in areas that you painted on my bumper and his little chip of paint that just fell off completely on its own.

I would like to express how wonderful the group of people you have at this location. I had my car in for hail damage and a new windshield that was broke from the hail. On my estimate it said seven to ten days for repair they had it done way faster then that. I live on a dirt road and the inside of car show with dirty mats and carpet. I picked up my car today and I am pretty sure the detail job that was performed on my car was better then the day I bought it. The outside is so pretty and shinny also. Didn't have any interaction with the gentleman but Laura,Tonia and Virginia have the best customer service. I will not only recommend them to others if I ever have to have work done it will be with them. Thank you guys for everything.
