I had my Hyundai Tuscon driver front door and associated molding repaired after being hit in a parking lot. It now looks perfect and all of the associated Tuscon safety features function as new. All of the Gerber staff, from booking the repair estimate, vehicle drop off, to pickup with final inspection were great. Cassadie Perkins, the estimator, in particular exemplified great customer service. She was efficient, very knowledgeable and was very accommodating, even offered to stay later for my vehicle pickup if required. Thanks Cassadie!! Gerber is the ONLY repair facility I and my entire family will ever use ! I recommend them to everyone I know needing any body work .. They go above and beyond they make you feel like you are their only customer ,never rushed.. everything is ALWAYS explained (in detail) Unfortunately, we are at vehicle number 5 (deer season creates havoc in the country) in the family that we have taken to GERBER and with EVERY ONE OF THEM ? the repairs done have been phenomenal ! The customer service truly goes without saying .. if someone in that office is having a bad day ? You would NEVER know it ! ?? Always a smile on their faces.. so at the end of the day ? There are many places to take your vehicle for repairs but there is ONLY ONE in my opinion that is true to their every word and that's GERBER the people behind the scenes ? The ones that do the ... work ? WOW ! is all I can say they take pride in what they do and it shows !! if you take your vehicle to someone else ? and you are unhappy with any part of the experience? Hello my name is Frances and I was hit 4-17-2024 from behind. Allstate was handling my claim and sent me to Gerber Collision and Glass for repairs for my car. I took my car to be inspected on April 18th at 2:30 p.m. the lady at the desk greeted me with a smile. They inspected it I said can my husband and I bring it back on Friday April 19th at 9:00 am in the morning and they said it was fine. They told me what they were going to fix and what wasn't included and said they would keep in touch and leave messages on Tuesdays about my Toyota. They said it could take 10 days not counting weekends They returned it on 4-30-2024. It was less than 10 days. Oh and they did a excellent job. Oh yeah, I didn't get a rental car after the accident so they brought my car to my house and dropped it off in the yard for me. Thank you so much
