Gabe and the whole team were fabulous. They kept me informed all the time as my 2011 Camry was restored to its orignial pre-crash condition. I had to tell you that my concern was that it would never be right again. But thanks to there walking me through the repair shop and explaining how they repair it and that you have a lifetime guarantee gave me the confidence that it would be done right and that I had chosen the right place. I have had it back over two weeks now and am very pleased it does drive like new and looks like new which is the condition it was in before the guy ran the light and hit me. We did have a few tweaks after the initial fix but again Gabe explained everything and even provided a rental car at your expense to make it painless for me to get the work done. I am so glad that Progressive recommended that I use this location for my auto repairs. My car door was damaged by another car and my vehicle was less than two weeks old. I was so upset at the situation but the girls at Gerber (Ruth and Tiffany) made the process of getting my vehicle repaired so painless. I work in a customer service-based industry and value others that truly excel at making you feel like family. I can honestly say I hopefully never need to use Gerber again but if I do, I can not wait to go back. Thanks for a job well done all around Gerber.

I was extremely pleased when I picked up my car. It was suppose to take 3 days and they finished it in less than 1. They cleaned the inside which shocked me since they were replacing the bumper and tail light. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs repairs for a collision or glass.

Wow, just wow! I can not rate the recent hail damage repair experience I had taken care of by Gabe and his team, highly enough! The job was completed ahead of schedule, my car is like-new, and today ( the day after I picked up my car ), I noted that Gabe and his team actually not only cleaned and detailed the inside and outside of the car, they completely cleaned and de-drugged my bike roof rack. THIS is service, and I will urge anyone I know to use them for any auto body or glass repair.

The staff made my first accident in over 30 years of driving a very easy process. Other than bring my vehicle to them they did everything else, including arranging for and returning my car rental. My repair was done in a timely manner and I was kept abreast of the progress through out the 10 days. Very good experience, will definitely recommend them.
