The repairs on my Altima were well done. It looked great and clean when I picked it up. The car was a mess from a deer running into it on the highway and Pyn Argyl Gerber made it look as good as new. The shop sent text messages and phone calls that kept me informed on the progress of the repair. I would use this shop again (but hope I don't have to soon).

I initially brought my car to Gerber for an estimate to provide to the insurance company because you worked directly with them. During this visit I quickly made the decision to have the repairs completed here even though I couldn't get in right away. The customer service provided was phenomenal and I didn't care how long I had to wait because I felt I'd be in good hands. That has certainly proved to be true. The car looks beautiful and I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. There were a few bumps in the end with the insurance company but your staff went above and behind to make sure things went smoothly. A big thank you to everyone I worked with for caring so much and taking the time to communicate and ensure things went smoothly - it's very rare to find and I will recommend you over and over again !

From the time I walked in the door till the time I drove away my repaired vehicle, I was treated respectfully and carefully. The work was excellently done in the time they told me it would be completed. The folks there made all the arrangements for a rental car - which was a new Enterprise vehicle. Gerber initiated the phone calls to get the collision repair started, which was nice. I really liked the head technician Rob-he was very professional and kind, etc. Always called back within a few hours. The ladies at the front desk were nice, but not as outgoing-ly pleasant as one comes to find at businesses that are contracted to do service via outside insurance agencies. Work done was all good and fine; they cleaned up the exterior of the car very well-looked much better when it was finished!
