Nybia handled my account, and she was top notch! Very helpful and friendly! The entire experience way exceeded my expectations! I am so happy that my car is fixed and it looks even better than it did before I was hit! :) Very satisfied customer. Nybia, Catherine and Dulce were all very helpful, courteous and friendly. They kept me well informed and up to date throughout the entire repair process. They all displayed great customer service skills and were very professional. The repairs done to my vehicle seem to be up to standard and Dulce was quick to help with a small adjustment that was required. All in all I would recommend Gerber Collision to my friends.

Joseph and Katherine were both so gracious and helpful the entire time my car was in Gerber for repair. I received either a phone call or text message every day keeping me informed of the progress. Phillip also came out to help me get acquainted with my rental car since Hertz only gave me keys and sent me on my way. I will recommend Gerber to all of my friends and family.

I was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready in less than 4 days when i expected over a week! the staff is very pleasant, willing to answer questions, explained what needed to be done ahead then showing and explaining what was done when i picked up my car! It had also been washed. I will definitely recommend this shop. Hopefully I will not need to be there again. Thank you. Dulce and Catherine sere a big help in the office
