I was in an auto accident, lost my husband and quiet emotional, but gerber repaired my car as though it had never been in a wreck. Even when other things showed up after I started driving the car that was related to the accident, Kim made sure it was fixed and was very supportative of me under my conditions. Also Broken Arrow went out of their way to make sure my car was in good condition for me to drive it to say with my children. Thank you so much for taking care of my car during my trying time. Despite the circumstances of being involved in a car accident, our experience with Gerber couldn't have been better! I especially would llike to recognize Shawn Weight, the General Manager at the Broken Arrow, OK location. He was EXTREMELY helpful and made us feel at ease from our first meeting while obtaining a repair estimate. He explained the entire process and was always available with questions or concerns we had during the repair process. Shawn definitely went above and beyond numerous times for us and also kept us informed as to the status of our repair throughout. We just could not be more pleased! Needless to say, I am thrilled having my car back and especially after the interior detailing that was done, it looks better than it did before we turned it in to Gerber! Gerber did an amazing job on my VW Bug! I was pleased that the job was done by an expert who had worked on VW's for many years! The job was also done in record time. I took it in on a Friday and the repairs were done (and my car detailed) by the following Monday! All of the staff was polite, if not cheerful; they were very well informed and very helpful! Can't express my appreciation enough!

I've never experienced customer service like I did at Gerber. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with respect and everyone was so incredibly polite and helpful. They gave me an estimate quickly, and when I brought my SUV in to be repaired they kept me updated on the progress. They did an outstanding job on the repairs and when I picked my car up they took the time to go over exactly what they did. They went the extra mile and vacuumed and washed my car and when I left I noticed they even filled it up with gas!! I could not ask for a better experience and will not take my car anywhere else. Both Shawn and Ian kept me very informed on a weekly basis of the status of my car. It took almost 2 months to repair my car. This was not due to anything the staff at Gerber did or didn't do. The delay was due to the Hyundai dealership having challenges with installing the new bottom half of the engine. It took them 3 tries. I have had work done on several cars at Gerber/Craftsman. All of my experiences have been more than satisfactory. The fact that they were willing to pay my rental car expense once my rental insurance ran out, was way beyond my expectations. When I picked my car up, Ian walked me through all that had been done, provided me with the paperwork and showed me to my beautifully detailed car.
