I was kept up to date on how the repairs of my 2000 Saturn were by daily text message. (loved it) Car was finished 3 days ahead of schedule. They cleaned out the car, vacuumed it, wiped everything down, cleaned the windows and much more. It was a great experience leaving my car in their capable hands! Too bad I can only rate 5 stars, as they went above and beyond just repairing the car

This is not the first time or second or even the third time that I have taken my cars for collision repair the Broken Arrow office for their service and quality of work has always been top notch for this reason it will continue to be my choice for collision repair.

I was impressed how well I was kept informed about the progress of the repairs. It avoided a lot of calls on my part and yours. As far as I can tell the car looks great, but was getting dark when I picked it up so will get a better view in daylight.

Gerber's overall work was excellent. From the estimate to the repair. The regular 'text' updates were very helpful. Even with my schedule change on the drop off date, they were very accommodating. scheduled appt. for estimate on vehicle damage was right on time and very efficient. arranged to drop vehicle for repairs and pick up rental vehicle in basically the same location. repairs were effected immediately and had my car back within 2 days. staff very courteous and professional. would recommend gerber to any friends/associates needing work.
